THE BEST third party administrator in the business! Not like an "insurance company" at all. They actually care about their customers, in balance - NOT before - the bottom line. Quick, knowledgeable claim handlers. Their specialists are top notch, they really know their stuff and will do what ever they have to to make it right. They close at 4:30 pm, but when I needed a claim handler to be there for me at 6:30 pm, he was there, sure enough, just as promised. Your advocates, your team. if you have a claim with the government, just hope that CRC and not some other cut rate employee beating company handles their claims if you want true customer service and not a rush job denial, reduction quota meeting burned out claims person on the other end of the phone. thanks for everything CRC!
