Dont believe them.Please dont rely on them. We called up to book an 8 seater van and when we turned up there, they said they dont have any 8 seater can. I had my vistors from overseas and eveything was planned accordingly based on my booking. They ruined my entire day, it was so upsetting. Please dont believe them. I wish I had called up again to check but why would I do that when they said they do have it and booked it for me.

I just rented a car for a week and found the staff to be very courteous and competent. The process was smooth and I was even given a break when I returned the car later than I was supposed to return it. I recommend them highly

The worst place to rent and even worse place to work. The owner, brad simon, can't get out of his own way and makes money despite himself. Rather than invest in his business he hoards every cent. If it wasn't for his daddy, the place would've been out of business years ago. In all my years of business he is the worst manager of people and everyone that works there is ridiculously incompetent. The trucks are death traps and I'm embarrassed I ever pawned that crap off as adequate. I apologize to every customer I ever rented to and made them feel like it was worth it. Horrendous company, the management is a complete joke. They will be out of business within a few years. Go rent somewhere, ANYWHERE ELSE. an embarrassment of a business.

I have rented cars many times and without any incidents. However I lately heard that just 4 wheels has come up with a new way to make money but I didn't believe it. I experienced it!!! I rented a relatively new mini van with a dent and some scratches on the rear bumper. I made note of the dent and scratches in the check out sheet. Upon returning the vehicle i closed the contract without any issues. However a minute after I left I got a call from the office to come back. When I did so I was told that there was a scratch on the rear bumper that wasn't there before. As I went out to see what they where talking about the van wasn't there! They claimed that "their employee took it to the mechanic". After promising me that it wont go on any record and i wont get any charges for it, I went ahead and foolishly filled the forms and sent in all the documents required. But things only got worse form there on!!! Two weeks later I was shocked to see a CHARGE on my credit card in the amount of $750.00!!! When I called the main office to complain I got a whole bunch of voice mails. After two days of trying I got through to Nadaly, and I was told that is company policy, and there is nothing to do till and when they get the full amount from the insurance. To add insult to injury, she mockingly remarked that i can go ahead and dispute the charges if i don't like it. As i was very disturbed, i discussed this event with a number of my co-workers surprisingly enough four of my co-workers had the exact same experience. BEWARE AND DON'T BECOME A STATISTIC IN THE JUST 4 WHEELS SCANDAL.
