Dr. Elgenaidi cares for the kids and is very professional and up to date. I just found out that she has just passed her pediatrics boards for the third time and that is no surprise. She is triple boarded. My kids love her.

the WORST office staff ever......you need to get office staff that care about their clients.....I would rather take my kids to a vet then to them.......

I highly recommend these Dr's and their Staff! Dr. Amir and Elgenaidi are impeccable Dr's and not your typical "ego" driven Dr's. I have been going to Dr. Amir's practice since he first started when he was partnered with another Dr. 25 years ago. About 5 years ago we went somewhere else for convenience reasons..BIG MISTAKE. I didn't realize just how AWESOME the Dr's and Staff are until I experienced somewhere different. We ran into many problems, i.e., insurance, getting referral's etc. They were expedient and very helpful. I highly recommend this office. I trust them with my children's lives and they have proven in many situations that their primary purpose is care for the patient.

This dr is great but the office is terrible. They do not bill correctly and after 4 attempts and confirmation that the issue was resolved, we have been sent to collections. Once the nurses filled out our chart w/out asking any questions. how she knew the answers is beyond us. The office staff is rude and not helpful. We left the office due to the staff and billing issues. Feel sorry for the doctors because they are great but have a terrible and incompetent staff.
