Heating and Cooling took 24 days to repair my ac unit, though 3 seperate heat emergencies. They not once returned numerous messages I had left for them regarding my unit. They replaced the compressor, then determined that my coils also needed to be replaced. They claimed that they ordered a new coil, only to show up unannounced at my property 11 days later to remove my entire ac unit. They didn't even knock on my door before doing so. (Have you ever heard of any hvac company doing this?) They then admitted that they lied about ordering the part. They did not return my unit until I threatened to call the police to report their activities. This company used to be called Air Systems Heating and Cooling. As you can see, they have been providing rhis type of 'service' for years, only under a different company name. Note the phone #'s are the same, as is the owner, Brian Dunnigan.

This company came out at 2am to repair our furnace that had stopped working. They only charged a minimal emergency fee and repaired the furnace to restore heat for me and my family.



Brian was the technician who came out and he was pleasant and understanding.



I would recommend Heating and Cooling Services to everyone.
