Wish I could rate No stars! Rude, incompetent, customer service! Had a service call almost 2 weeks ago with no follow up with anybody on a parts order. Finally had to call in and they had no record of parts order. Service technician never returned my call even though customer service said he did. No missed call or voicemail. Any questions were answered with, "I don't know. I need to call the tech." Being upset I told the person who answers the phone, "You don't know anything." Then hung up. He then called back twice and said, "what did you say to me?" (Almost in a harassing manner.) In the end he called me back to say I called the tech and told him to not order your part. Basically, because they could not do their job in customer service as far as follow up, they turned me away. Unable to handle an upset customer professionally. I do not recommend this business.
