Dear Mr. Zakharov,
We are very sorry that you were treated so badly but we think you have our shop confused with another.

We checked with all the employees working prior to your post and nobody recalls taking information for a Steer tire road call. There weren't any notes or repair orders started for such a job either. Furthermore, our shop is nowhere near the Weigh Station.

We hope that you will give us a call at (505) 863-1989, should you ever need assistance in the Gallup area so we have the opportunity to prove that's not how we do business at ACE Truck Service.

Absolutely terrible!My truck blew out a tire a few miles from their shop right before the weigh station and I called them for service.They said they had one used drive tire for $275.It was expensive but I told them to bring it anyway , they told me it will be three hours or maybe less till someone can get out there and I said fine.They took all the company and truck information , my phone number , my driver's phone number.After waiting for three hours my driver called them and they said that they don't have anyone to send.When i called them , the guy picked the phone and I started telling him that this is unacceptable and he just hung up on me and when I called again , he didn't pick up the phone so i had to look for a different service after hours.

They did not have a reman. They only use new parts. This makes it nationwide guarantee. Our truck was in there for about 24 hours they were honest and legit. We own a small fleet of trucks out of San Antonio Texas we recommend this company. AJ was informative.
