Rude customer care. NO guarantee on trees/plants. IF you buy from here, what you take home is totally your responsibility post purchase. We purchased a Blue Spruce and several fruit trees. Over a thousand dollars spent at this establishment. We were told that we would have no problems. Blue Spruce died within 3 months. We called Holiday Nursery about this. Female owner was extremely curt and abrupt. NO REFUND nor compensation! And rude attitude to boot! It was stated that if Holiday Nursery guaranteed every tree or plant they sold then they would lose money. Also stated, Holiday Nursery was only responsible for quality of plants/trees prior to sale. Post sale was not Holiday Nurseries responsibility. We will not shop here again due to the lack of responsibility and rudeness. Quality nurseries DO back their product post sale!!! Buyer BEWARE! Holiday Nursery said they would not. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NURSERY as they do not back up / guarantee their trees.
