I've lived here over 4 years. This year new managers came in. I am very happy they are here. They have upgraded the place landscaping and other things. They are very helpful and friendly. Its quiet, everyone respect everyone, dogs are on leaches and their owners pick up after them. The new manager enforce the quiet time 9pm - 8am. Just because the old managers didn't do things right don't pass this place up. Things have change and are improved. A long term tenant

If you are an RV'r stay as far away from Galt Mobile Estates as possible. The management doesn't have a clue about running a park. They wanted us to fill out a multi page application including bank account numbers visa card and social security numbers. When we arrived on the date of our reservation they said they lost our reservation and didn't have a space for us. I wouldn't recommend Galt Mobile Estates to my worst enemies.
