We stayed at one of the properties ran by this company and it was awful and so were they! They said you had to let them know of any problems w/ the house on arrival. Well, most were found out while we were there and when we told them they did nothing to resolve the problem. It said it was cleaned and inspected but I dont know what they were looking at because this is what was wrong. There were no screens on the windows (one of the kids almost fell out of one!); the locks on the sliding glass doors didnt work; the cold knob in the shower comes out and doesnt work; there was mold in ALL the showers; there were covers missing on open outlets; the a/c hardly worked; the whole place was dirty; there were dirty dishes put away in the drawers and cabinets; the buttons on the t.v. (like the power button) were missing; the remote to the t.v was broken - missing the back cover; there were broken lawn chairs on the patio; the pictures on the website aren't even close to the actual house. That extended deck is no longer there (probably thanks to hurricane IKE) and just because you put a new mirror and new sink in the bathroom doesnt mean it's been remodeled or updated! We have stayed at several beach houses and will never use this one again or this company.
