Provided by YP.comI was inappropriately assessed various charges when moving out of a rental property. Many of the charges were due to failure of the realtor to appropriately inspect the property before move-in. As a result, I was charged for "damages" that were present at move-in. I do not recommend renting with Deem Realty as it seems they like to take advantage of loop holes and poor quality work.

Provided by YP.comThey like to screw you out of thousands more than you owed them. They cut corners on city standard codes & put your families in danger. I would choose any other realty company for my family's sake.
