Jeff's cab arrived on time the vehicle was spotless fresh clean leather seats were armored he had the dual open door so I could get in and out very carefully with all my things he also waited for me at the next stop while I gathered some more belongings from a different stop and then got me to my destination safe and happy and with a great price and was very much a gentleman and I recommend Jeff's cab highly if you want to get where you're going on time and a nice vehicle and a clean environment on time absolutely the best cab in Galveston

This is really the type of business that we definitely need more of!!! I had to get my mother to the airport in Houston all the way from Galveston due to a family emergency here in Louisiana! I called all type of cab services but none wanted to get her there when I needed them for a reasonable price but when I found “JEFF CABS” they were a true life saver!!!! Thanks Jeff shuttle services you all are the best. Most definitely would use the again!!!!

Jeff’s Cab and Shuttle service is the best. Flew into Hobby and had the pleasure of meeting Jeff and he drove us to Galveston. We used the service while there. Called for appointments for pick up and they were on time, curteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Took the return shuttle back to Hobby. Will definitely use this service.

I had 2 great trips with Jeff of Jeff's cab. He picked me up at Hobby airport and took me to Galveston - and then back again. He is a great driver, on-time and very considerate. When I come back in 3 years I will schedule with him again.

I contacted Jeff's Shuttle to arrange pickup from Hobby airport to hotel in Galveston, they stayed in contact and actually called me just as we landed, was their in minutes to pick us up, Driver was very courteous and prompt, van was extremely clean. I would recommend Jeff's Shuttle for all of your transfers to and from airport. They will be waiting on us when we get off our cruise to take us back to airport

So glad I called Jeff's Cab & Shuttle Service. From the start, Jeff was responsive, polite and on time. The difference from other services was that Jeff was in constant communication with us. We planned an extended trip with other friends included, and we needed to make sure we were at the airport when we needed to be. Jeff provided his cell number so that we were able to communicate with him as some plans changed. The van was immaculate, the driver was respectful and a pleasure to speak with. Our experience could not have been more perfect - on time, reasonable, responsive - what more can I say but thanks for meeting our needs in such a positive way. I will recommend his services to my friends and will use him again.

Emailed Jeff's Shuttle day before we came back from cruise. He responded fast. When we got off cruise ship and driver was waiting on us. Nice clean air conditioned van for my family of 8. We were able to get all 12 pieces of our luggage along with everyone and still comfortable . Price was very reasonable and we will definitely use this company next time.

Never had such a reliable and confertable shuttle service before. This is by far the best company I have ever used. Before our trip they had to schedule and pick up with my teenage daughter. They handled working with her perfectly. When we arrived at the airport they were there before our plain even landed! Our driver was very nice and loaded the luggage for us. I am a single mom and was traveling with 4 kids. Jeff really made our trip less stressful!! As we arrived in Galveston he took (out of his own time) to show us how to drive the two most confusing areas in Galveston! Not only did he pick us up and drop us off at our destination but he wanted to make sure we had a safe trip too!! The vans are very clean and very well kept. I would recommend this team to all my family and friends. They help take the stress out of traveling! Oh and if you need reateraunt and other recommendations they are ready to provide them!

Called the night before to schedule a cab. They didn't show up, so we called at our supposed pick up time. They said they were running late, would be another 30 minutes. 45 minutes later we called again because they still hadn't shown up. The woman operating the phone service was very rude and the cab never showed up. She refused to give us an ETA and was only worried about telling us prices, never even called to let us know they'd be late. Offal service. Do no use. Very unprofessional.

My husband and I call Jeff's Cab to be pick up from Houston bus station and taken to galveston. I tell you our driver was very courteous and didn't hesitate to help us with our luggage. The cab was very nice and clean. The cleanest cab I had ever rode in. I will like to recommend this cab service to anyone. You will be highly satisfied.

My family and I called a cab and they told us it was going to be 30 minutes til they could pick us up. An hour passed so I called Jeff's Cab company and they dispatcher was really nice an said they would pick us up in 10 minutes. They was there in 8 minutes and the driver was friendly and respectful. Jeff and his team of drivers are amazing! They know the city so well and are very reasonable. Never had to wait for them to pick us up once. Incredibly safe and courteous as well!
