Food was great, server was great .
But how ever the initial phone call was very very misleading by far!!!!!!
Asked was all you can eat crab , was told yes 2 different times.
The worst ,,,call a week before set reservations for daughters 16th birthday.
Well "NO" billboard with her name which they said would do (we didn't ask for) but had /she had hopes up for !!:(:(
And to top off after spending $380 for dinner and her cake was a miniature size cupcake. Smallest I have ever seen

I got the tilapia, not the Bianca just the regular. It was great flakey but the greasing fell off. The steak was delicious! The wait staff wasnt amazing, but it wad relitivly quick. Overall I will probably go back.

Too many servers. We had two and still had bad service. We got salads before appetizer that was ordered 15 minutes before the salad. Myself and my son did not get our food at the same time that everyone else did. When I got mine (10 min after everyone else) my son still didn't have his and didn't get his for almost 10 min after I got mine. I was not going to eat while my 3 year old son had nothing. My nephew was finished with his pizza and offered it to my son so he filled up on leftover pizza. When his kids fish finally arrived, he didn't want it because he filled up on the pizza and everyone was done.

The manager offered us any appetizer??? which made no sense since we were all done eating, and then free dessert which nobody wanted and we didn't want to take it with us becuase we had a 2 1/2 hour drive home in a very full car.

They actually charged us for the kids meal even though the waiter and the manager came over several times to appologize. They discounted nothing for the pathetic service and for making my son sit there while everyone else had their food.

Our bill was over $100.00 and that is the last dime this place will ever get from me because I will never go back!

The atmosphere and view is very good. The prices though are very expensive and you do not get that much food. We got a platter and shared and it still cost us 35.00. The food is okay. We feel we could have gotten more food and cost less at other places.
