We paid as agreed, 9,000 up front on 6/15/10, leaving a remaining balance of only 3,000. Robert Loughridge started the job but only did about 1/10th of the job. He left his tools, truck, and all equipment at the house to be moved. He has told us over and over again that he would be there the next day. 3 months later he still has not done anymore work. In the middle of Hurricane season and he left our house sitting on beams, 7 foot high! He will not answer our phone calls! He says that we didn't put a date on the contract so he will move the house when HE wants to do it. We have lost the $9,000 - 3 months later and still NO house!!!
