Mitchell Historic Properties has been my leasing manager since 1987. Anyone looking for a commercial space or a place to live, I would definitely recommend Mitchell Properties to them

Everything about leasing here has been good. It is easy to get a hold of someone if you ever have a problem too and the work will get done when they say it will. Whether I ask for maintenance or a ground keeper, things get taken care of and they are very nice.

Best landlord around! They keep the properties in excellent condition and the property managers are available whenever you need them. Mitchell Properties has just been great!

The leasing managers are very courteous, helpful and professional. Even the mechanic guys that come are receptive to hearing things and passing the info you tell them to the right people.

Worry free rent from the great facility we have from Mitchell. Easy communication with everyone on their end and this is the best company I've ever rented from.

I rented from Mitchell Historic Properties previously then moved. I looked at the space again last may but they were full. Their staff worked with me and let me know when a space was available and were able to find me an opening. They have been great, they are up front, honest and helpful.

The general condition of the building we lease from Mitchell Historic Properties is meticulously maintained by their personnel. They are very quick at fixing any issues you have to. I like their reliability and service they provide.
