Sadly, our reservation for a party of 13 was not honored, when we arrived on time to celebrate my grandson's graduation weekend, on mother's day... This was important and a very special time for us as we rarely have that opportunity to be together, all living so far apart... nor, will we ever be able to ever get that time back, again. We had carefully planned for the event, and made our reservation 8 days in advance... and, actually arriving earlier than our 1 p.m., only to be told we "did not have a reservation." when arriving. I told them I had made the reservation, and could confirm with my phone records, they then asked us to wait, while they prepared and were sorry... after 10- min or more, they called us inside to continues pulling together (two-tops) along a bench in a dark corner on the back wall... we were all tightly pushed together unable to move, where no one could even get out if needed. At one point my 11 year old granddaughter had to climb out 'under the table' to go use the restroom - no adult could have managed that. After being seated, I noticed behind us, a nicely 'set table for 13' , thinking maybe there was a mistake and perhaps it possibly could be our table. I went over and asked if we could move to the empty table to be comfortable, but was told it was reserved, and they would ask management... she came to tell me it was reserved for a lady who had "walked in before me." I told her, I had not just walked in, and made a reservation more than a week ago. She said, "really, this is reserved and her name is Pearl." I told her, "I really didn't care what her name was, and our reservation was made 8 days before. Without further comment, I then sat down - but would liked to have left with my family, at that point... all agreed, since they already ordered drinks we should stay. Service was very slow that day, and after another long wait, our order was finally taken. During our 1 1/2 - 2 hour stay, it was interesting that "Pearl" never showed up for the empty table which happened to be set up for 13 behind us, and to add insult to injury, just before we were leaving the wait-staff pulled one of the (four- tops) from the end to give to a young family of four who just walked-in . If you make a reservation, don't expect your reservation to be honored or respected. They were given a second chance to make it right, but chose not to extend the courtesy. Needless to say, I am sadly heartbroken.

You Don't Want To Walk In To this Restraunt If You Are Looking For A Friendly Atmosphere, Even The Manager Does Not Appreciate Your Company, Nor Your Money. The Food Is Extremely Pricey And There Is Not Much Of A Selection. I Will Not Return To Nonno Tony's Restraunt and am advising all of my friends and family to STAY AWAY if you enjoy a pleasant atmosphere.
