My 1st tine going there since I was in town training and I called them and placed my order and the guy said about 10 min so I come about 12-15 min later and go inside and the guy asked me was I there for pick up or to place an order I said pick up and he asked for my name and I said you never asked for a name and he asked what was my order so I told him and he put it on the touch screen like I was placing an order and from the looks of it he never placed my order when I called so I had to wait an extra 15 min just for my order to be made cause I thought it was ready already. Plus I had my car running the whole time thinking I would've been in and out within 5 min of pulling up cause I called my order in ahead of time. So I was upset about that as well.
