Took my Harley Electra Glide there for the 1st time , Got bad news my engine had come apart internally. Because it was my 1st time, I doubted their diagnosis. Come to find out after picking it up , EVERYTHING they told me was true. They talked me into a new S&S motor , and how easily it would be for me to install myself. They even told me the cheapest place to purchase it from. I will purchase all my motorcycle parts and service here for now on.

After some confusion on an order from EPC, Brian got a hold of me and explained the situation. They gave me my money back for charges that were incurred by me and actually doubled the refund. I appreciated their customer service.

I ordered some parts through Ebay and paid by credit card. Parts were shipped and never delivered. EPC wanted me to pay full price AGAIN (plus shipping charges this time!) for parts that were never delivered.

These guys go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want fast. Great customer service, excellent follow through, fair prices. Just a pleasure doing business with them.

In trying to locate a part for my harley I called Eastern performance, Brian said he would call me back, I called around and finally ended up calling the "stealership" they had my part. In preping for the ride I recieved a call back from Brian, he also had the same part, same price as HD, I told him I was getting ready to go to the dealer, he said let me save you the trip, I'll send it to you, and you will get it tomorrow and we will pay the shipping, saved me time and gas money, these guy's are great!
