Provided by YPmobileAs a medical practice I found righttime to be great. The way they do check in to the way patients are treated, to the check out process is great. What I don't like is the way management treats its employees. I think they pay them poorly for the work they do, as well as reward hard work, punctuality and dedication with termination over stupid reasons. I think a company should take care of hard workers not punish them. But who am I to say. I believe in treat others like you would expect to be treated.

Provided by YP.comThe one in gaithersburg is not worth it. Dont bother going there unless u have an appointment because u wont be seen in a timely manner. They are basically a glorified doctors office with night hours and an even ruder staff. Go someplace else.

Provided by YP.comI went for my child to the Rockville location, and we paid our co-pay of 25 dollars. We were told that would be all we would have to pay, and the insurance would pay the rest. When we got the statement from the insurance company, it stated we owed 50$ more. These people are thieves!! I will never go there again, and I hope you will not either. The doctor overall seemed competent, but he did make a number of recommendations, which were diametrically opposed to our usual pediatrician

Provided by YP.comConvenience, neglectful staff, mediocre care. If you do schedule an appointment, try not to do it right before they close, because the staff's priority is not the patients in the facility, the staff's priority becomes "leaving as soon as possible," regardless of patients, and by all means, make sure that they review the results of any tests that they conduct.
I been to this office approximately 8 times. It was so much more less a hassle than going to the hospital that I recommended it to all of my friends, at first; but since, I have discovered that the doctors almost always have a less than hospitable demeanor, making "smart" comments (one time, it was about my attire), and to put it bluntly, you get a rushed (mis)diagnosis...I suggest that if you go to Nighttime Pediatrics, make sure that the doctors and the staff do not neglect you.
I brought my son in over the summer and I absolutely would not recommend the Waugh Chapel Nighttime Pediatrics - the doctor put minimal effort into my son's diagnosis, and told us that he had a "cold", a member of the staff tried to rush us out the door without checking the results of the fast-strep test (I had to remind her), the staff offered us balloons, but every time my son would pick a balloon, the staff member would say, "Oh, I'm sorry, that one's already taken." (three times!)
I was wondering where else I could take my son to be properly diagnosed on the way home that evening; is this how a person (that just paid out-of-pocket and is now broke) should feel on the way home from taking their sick child to a medical facility? I felt so uncomfortable with the rushed diagnosis and general disregard by the staff of Waugh Chapel Nighttime Pediatrics that I took my son to Minute Clinic at CVS in Crofton 2 days later; that "cold" was a very contagious virus that was NOT A COLD and NOT STREP THROAT (quite easy for the nurse at Minute Clinic to diagnose, by the way); I could have made precautions for the other members of the household to prevent them from acquiring this very contagious virus, if my son had been properly diagnosed properly at Nighttime Pediatrics.
I left a complaint with Nighttime Pediatrics and they 1) apologized, and 2) I was informed that my son's treatment would not have changed even though the diagnosis was different; part of the treatment should include minimizing other people's exposure to very contagious illnesses!
Would I still go to Nighttime Pediatrics? Only for the obvious stuff, like a urinary tract infection, and I would do my best to schedule it way before closing time, and I would ask them what the results of the my test(s) were several times to ensure that they were actually reviewed. Oh, if you're lucky, the doctors may keep the comments about your attire to themselves OR YOU CAN GO TO THE MINUTE CLINIC where it takes less time, you get a proper diagnosis and the staff is more professional.
