Dear Wendy,



In every effort to comply with the mediation center and the court, I attempted to set up an appointment for my week of spring break. However, this was never confirmed as the young woman had to call to attorney first to determine if he was available. She said she would call to confirm. SHE NEVER DID CALL TO CONFIRM.



Lisa called yesterday to confirm and I said I could not and I was leaving town. She told me that I had to be there. I said I could not. The call broke up and she left a message but again, I had company and was packing hurriedly. My apologies, however, there was absolutely no misunderstanding about my coming or my ability to do so.



This morning she contacted Richard Hearn at 9am indicating he must attend this meeting without any foreknowledge whatsoever.



When I called to reschedule, and ask why he was not contacted, she refused to answer. When I asked her why my appointment was not confirmed, she refused to answer.



I have never been treated with such utter rudeness and animosity! What are you people doing? You appear to be inept, yet insist on bullying the client and I'm not sure why or how you have that much power?



Your site allies itself with helping families. How incredibly hypocritical. While posing as an altruist, you treat people as if they have no worth.



I'm a teacher and a mother. What is at issue here? What gave Lisa the right to treat me as if I was an ignorant and indigent tax payer?
