I would not work with Paul again. He was incompetent, unreliable and dishonest. He claimed he could do a job. He ruined it. We went to Small Claims Court and won. He agreed to pay. Never paid and has eluded being served by the Sheriff.

My first experience with Paul was positive. He was prompt, friendly, and worked until the job was complete. So, I hired him for a second job laying tiles in a door entry. To say the least, this experience has been disappointing. He approached the task in disorganized fashion taking frequent, long breaks. Despite having been paid in full and rescheduling several times, he has not returned to complete the job. Paul needs to get his act together if he is to be a successful handyman.

My experience with Paul has been a disaster. He failed to complete the jobs for which he was paid. He damaged newly painted and textured walls and left personal garbage around. He left the job for hours at a time. The big thing is he agreed to repay me for materials and to have the floor properly installed. He put this in writing and now he is going back on this written agreement. I did not write this sooner because I gave him a chance to live up to the agreement for which he suggested the terms. He is not. It looks like we are headed for small claims court for $1010 due to me. I paid him an additional $750+. I would not recommend him and feel he should not be on the Red Beacon list.

Very professional, on time and right on budget. My wife and I were so pleased with the fence he put up for us and all of the little personal touches he added. We will not hire anyone else from this point on
