Mr.Mudd is hands down the best concrete contractor in the Boise area. They don't require any money until the job is 100% and no other concrete company stands behind their work like Mr.Mudd.

I had a concrete pad poured for an RV last fall, the work was completed on time, but things that were told to workers on the 1st day, were not relayed to workers on the 2nd (never had the same workers two days in a row).

Ended up with a pad that was poured over the siding of the house, and have to step almost 10 inches off the end and I am now taller than my 6' fence between me & my neighbor. Was told it was because of the drainage and they had to try to 'match' the initial drive. Now water sits on the siding when it rains... really disappointed with the entire project, would probably NOT rehire them.

After our recent experience, we would not recommend Mr. Mudd Concrete. After getting three separate quotes, we chose Mr. Mudd Concrete based on his low estimate. The initial project began before 8am and when we got home at 5pm, the only progress had been the removal of grass and broken sprinkler heads. After confronting Mr. Mudd, we were told that the quote given to us was inaccurate to the amount of work requested. Nevertheless, we reached an agreement that they would continue the project for the original amount estimated. Upon our return from work the next day, we discovered that the forms and elevation were wrong. When notified, the owner claimed we had explained it wrong and that resetting the forms would be an added expense to us. We asked for a new quote which we never received before the concrete was poured. We are extremely dissatisfied with the results. After voicing our concern a second time, the owner told my husband, “I can’t stand you anymore” and accused him of “lying through his teeth”. It would have taken one small modification to remedy this but the owner refused to work with us, even stating that he was “uncomfortable working with us any longer”. Mr. Mudd Concrete has been extremely unprofessional throughout the entire process. I maintain that they do not have the knowledge necessary to interpret and execute a simple concrete project. After stating our frustrations, enduring the owner’s arrogance, and ending up with a sub-par cement sidewalk, we refused to pay the full price of invoice and only paid what we were quoted originally, which was still too much for the work presented. We strongly advise against using Mr. Mudd Concrete’s services.
