Wasted my time twice here. First time it took 20 minutes for someone to assist me, just grab a video game from the shelf and ring me up. They sold me a scratched, unreadable disc. They had another copy when I was there, so I called and asked them to hold it for me, they said they could. I went back the next day and it was not held, they sold it. Like hell I'm EVER going back. I'm not wasting gas for the third time to return a $3 game. Terrible.
