Shame on this company and many of their employees! We rented a house from them that was in absolute disgusting condition. We made sure that we respected the home and the company the entire time. When we moved out, we paid $50 to have a walk-through to make sure that they did not try and screw us. However, they still ended up trying to charge us over $100 in erroneous fees. I have filed a Better Business Bureau report against them and will continue to express my opinions to others. Do not rent from this company!

We have used them for over nine months and I have been satisfied with the work. They are timely and communicative. They make things easy on me and have proven themselves very dependable.

We were left a home in Idaho after a family member passed. It was hard for us to deal with and we knew we would nee to turn to professional management. I was very pleased with their ability to handle things yet keep us informed back here in VA. They have done a great job and we are very thankful for it.

Without the outstanding representation that RMA provides, I could not possibly maintain my former and future home. I am in the military and I frequently deploy for months at a time, sometimes with only a weeks notice. I can do this knowing that everything is taken care of and all issues are being addressed. I never have to worry about my property.
