I need to explain how unhappy I was with your service. I reserved a limo through your company because of your reputation. New, clean, nice limos. I have referred well over 50 people to your company, because of what I do. I reserved not only a 6 passenger, but an 8 passenger because I wanted to treat my wife on our anniversary to a very nice ride. I got the oldest limo on the road, from another company, not cool. Also it was falling apart. TV did not work, switches were hanging out and tape held together other switches. Then at the concert we were to meet it after at gate one. We called and no answer. Called later and still no answer. After 4 calls and 20 minutes in the very cold we got the driver. Then we were told we had to walk another 1/4 of a mile to get to the old limo. Back lights had a short as well. I even met some of my employees at the concert and was too embarrassed to bring them in my old limo with all the defects. Wish I got what I paid for!

Called many services and was so pleased to know that Showcase had a office and a showroom I went to look at the Limousines and was greeted with a bottle of water and a smile from Christine the president of Showcase she explained to me all the details and then I got to see all the celebrities that Showcase had driven in the past and I thought if the celebrities used this company it has got to be the best so we booked the wedding for my son that by the way is a former BSU football player he had a great tiem and so did we all the relitives from all over came to the stuckle sky box we all had the best time ever

I had a wedding for my daughter and the Limousine was so great a red carpet was rolled out and to my surpirse there was a basket full of goody's in the Limo. for my daughter also the just married flag was on the window . The Chaueffeurr was dressed to the nines and he was a helpfull hand since we had him take all the gifts to the reception he said any thing you need I am here for you and he opeaned doors and took care of every thing also there was bottled water , candy .pop and ice in the Limo this service is a must have Showcase we will use again for a wine tour !
