The worst service ever!!!! The people at the garden city office are absolutely rude. This account was opened at another branch in Kansas, so this bank referred to the account as "the other towns" and if it was "her account" what she would or would not allow me to do with MY money. When I responded with it is actually my account and my money, she told me I was not utilizing my account properly. I recently moved and was trying to find a good bank to deal with my business account. However after this encounter and the service I received it won't be bank of the west. On a personal bank I have use USAA for years and they are great, but not local to me. However USAA far surpasses this bank.
