Founded in 2003, Mosaic is a faith-based, nonprofit organization that serves people with developmental disabilities. The organization offers services to more than 3,000 individuals in over 250 communities in several U.S. states and the United Kingdom. Mosaic provides a range of residential, vocational, community integration and case management services. It also serves children under the age of 21 through host home, day care, special education and early intervention services. The organization operates various senior independent living facilities that offer secure, accessible and maintenance-free accommodations, as well as housekeeping, transportation and laundry services. Mosaic also coordinates several international outreach programs in Romania, Tanzania, Latvia and Russia.
