Got my hair braided there today. Not sure why they don't have more stars. The ladies were very nice, the atmosphere was pleasant and my hair was braided and done in 4 hours. Im very picky, but had nothing to complain about. My braids were neat all around and not too tight. I will definitely go back and recommend them to others.

Their is a lady who does sew-ins there. She is new at this.

My hair was ok but in the front you could see my tracks and she could not hide them.

I would not get a sew in their again. But i would get braids.

I had service rendered on the 11th of March, 2008. Before service was rendered I emphatically stated how I wanted my hair braided. We'll the stylist did the opposite of what I requested and because of that I have severe damage to my hair. The sides are bald and so is the back. Also, because the hair follicles were pulled too tight I have a condition called folliculitis which means that bacteria has formed under my skin associated with dark bumps that look like warts. The stylist glued the ends of the braiding hair higher than the lenght of my own hair and now my hair is choppy. Also, I've been prescribed an antibiotic for 10 days along with applying a steroid cream.

I am very disatisfied and angry with the outcome of my hair. Due to this condition I was forced to take out the braids (1 week wear) and no type of accomodation has been offered; "NO REFUNDS". Owner says take her to court and I will certainly honor her desire!



Very disgusted with the unprofessional demeanor....
