rude manager

The manager there is an a hole dont shop there he sucks hes very rude

Unprofessional management

The manager of this store is unprofessional. All he is concerned about is rating and giving his store a 5 star rating. I came to the store looking for a iPhone 4s the manager took my number and said he would call me when it came in. He told me he could only get one on a new sprint line that has 3 lines. My wife ordered 1 more online for herself. When my wife went back to the store to pick up my phone the manager saw in the system I had already ordered one. The manager then began to belittle my wife and kept rolling his eyes at her. I don't know if they work off commission or something but in my opinion it didn't matter because it's my sprint account and my business what I do with it. However the manager didn't see it that way. He still had the nerve to tell my wife to give his store a 5 star on the automated survey from sprint. I reported it to sprint. Found out it was a franchise store so I had to contact the digicom store. I also reported it to the better business bureau. This manager seems to me he likes to be dominant over women because when I went to the store he did not talk to me like that. Well I didn't give his store a 5 star. I gave the store a big flat 0! Don't shop here.
