They do not refund my money!

Following the email that I received from them

3 month ago and I chose > Option 2: A Complete refund applied according to your method of payment.

I have been waiting for my money back for 3 months .

I have been sending my kids here for swim lessons since they were 2.5, they are now almost 7 and 5.5 They have truly learned to swim and have been swimming without bubbles (during the summer months) since they were 3.5 and 4. If you are really looking for a place where your children are going to LEARN to swim, look no further. The staff is dedicated and knowledgeable in teaching your kids this important life skill!

The instructors were excellent. They gave the children their full attention and were able to make meaningful progress. Thanks so much!

whoever answers the phone always seems in a rush and care less if you sign up or not! not going there

Horrible place. Nancy and the rest of the staff are extremely rude. They have no customer service and literally hung up on me. I am an attorney so I know how to be a professional and they were far from it. I recommend everyone stay away.

Office is extremely rude. Complete lack of customer service.

My daughter hated it here. You are not allowed to pick your instructor and if your child does not click with an instructor you are not allowed to make a change. The office staff is extremely rude and does not understand at all what it means to provide customer service. They act like they are doing you a favor to teach your child to swim. You can't complain to any of them because they are all related to each other. I would not come back here.
