Their slogan states “We don’t treat you like a number”… It should state “We don’t treat you like a number until we get your business”…. Very disappointing to deal with a Mortgage Broker/Agent that doesn’t follow-up after you have agreed to go forward using them with the mortgage process is in work, you the customer are calling them for follow-up and they your Broker/Agent are being unresponsive/lethargic. A mortgage/re-finance process is difficult enough to complete that when you go through a Broker/Agent you should not have to do any additional phone calls or follow-up they should be keeping you informed! If you find yourself calling an Agent/Broker more than they are calling you it’s a clear indication your business is not valued to them and it is probably in your best interest to take your business elsewhere.
