I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding but something that I could wear over again, and I was able to find the perfect dress here. It was a short dress with many beads, but it is very versatile. It wasn't too short or frumpy looking. Sugarplum has styles that appeal to every person which is perfect for a conservative woman like me. I was so happy with the service I received even though it was a Saturday. There was a little bit of a wait, but with all the prom girls looking for dresses, that was expected! My sales associate Nakita was able to find me the perfect dress and it will make my night. I highly recommend my friends and family there for all their special occasions. I will be coming back!

I got a beautiful dress here. The sales person who helped me was so nice, she really went above and beyond. The selection of dresses is amazing. It is also so convienient that they offer alteratiions here too, which were perfect. Sugarplum is my go to dress store!

I think that sugarplum has a great selections for dresses. I have been shopping there even before they changed locations.I always find what I am looking for and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.The selection out does anything that I have found any where on long island.I read the other reviews and I disagree that the alteration were sub standard. The seamstress fit me to a tee.I could not be happier with Sugarplum.

I bought my prom dress at Sugarplum, the selection was different from anything that I saw anywhere else. They had a large variety of small sizes... the staff members were very helpful and catered to all my needs!!! The website was also very helpful to view what there in-stock inventory carried. <3

I found the shop through the internet, browsed the website and went to the store. They really have one of the biggest selections I have seen. The service was great. The salesperson found the dresses that fit right away and I didn't have to search for my size. Really good selection, very good service. my gown is beautiful! Check them out.....
