Waldorf School of Garden City, established in 1947, is located in Garden City, N.Y. The school offers grades from nursery through 12 and serves to more than 350 students. Its broad range of curriculum includes German, French, Latin, mathematics, thematic studies, and science, including zoology, biology, nutrition, botany, astronomy, chemistry and physics. It also offers history and social studies, physical education, and calligraphy, woodworking, social dancing and paper work.
