After dealing with your company for over 15 years, I sorry to say that I am disappointed (to say the least) with the decision to turn away repairing my company vehicle.

The decision to return my money in full is a interesting way to dispose of dealing with a local customer.

Given this input, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY IN THE FUTURE. I will not return any business to your company also.

We all are in the customer service profession and customer service leads to future work and relationships within the community.

I am sorry that you have that type of attitude and expect that this continued way of dealing with customers will effect your bottom line!
