I spoke to Dan. He wouldn't give me his last name. He was one of the most rude and idiotic people I've ever spoken to. I was referred to this location by Budget. Dan told me that even if I had a reservation for a moving truck, if someone else with an out-of- state move needed the truck, he would give it to them. Basically, he told me that with a move of about 20 miles it wasn't important enough, and I guess he would've just left me high and dry on the morning of my move. It shouldn't matter how far the move is! I need a moving truck! Isn't the point of a reservation to RESERVE the truck ?!!!! This idiot shouldn't be representing Budget. It was extremely poor customer service and to top it all off, he hung up on me. NO ONE SHOULD GIVE THIS MORON BUSINESS AND BUDGET SHOULDN'T BE WORKING WITH HIM!!!! If he is not the owner, he should definitely be fired!
