This shop is the biggest SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, STAY AWAY!!!! I got in an accident, while waiting for the insurance to sort out my case, the owner (Tom) offered and insisted, in front of my attorney, to towed and store my car at his shop for free (no storage fee). I clearly stated that while waiting for the insurance to work out, I could drive the car home, and bring it back when ready to fix. When the other party insurance refused to pay, he offered to fix my car at the much higher cost than the surrounding body shops. When I refused and wanted to remove my car (nothing had been done yet), he charged me $470 for storage fee and towed ($170 for 500 feet from my house!!). Even with my attorney and his staffs being my witness and reminded him of his promised, he refused to let the car goes. I ended up have to pay $400 to take my car home. Please stay away.... worse scam ever from Mr. Tom Le (the owner). Also very unprofessional and disrespectful, constantly insulted customer as "cheap"...
