the food is filling and very tasty.

My daughter/son-in-law eat here all the time, and love it. So when i visited from out-of-state, they took me here. Wow ! Simple, clean, unpretentious storefront---you might not think to try it. But you better go in ! Homemade, authentic Greek/Armenian food served with great hospitality by the owner who loves to cook. He gave me a few chef's hints on preparing lamb.Lamb shanks that are so tender they fall off the bone the way they should. and filled with flavor ! Reasonable prices (thank goodness !) and generous portions. I'm on my own here tonight...and I'm going back to Kerostena.

We live down the street and have seen this place for awhile now but finally went in to try it out, especially since we were craving mediterranean food and Daphne's doesn't fall under our category of 'authentic'.
Anyway, this place is great! The chicken shawarma is delish and their falafel too (its quite unique)! Everything is homemade (except the pita of course). Oh, and try the baklava! Its super moist and you can definitely taste the honey (homemade too Im assuming). The owner is super friendly and will help you out with the menu if you have any questions.
I'll definitely visit again!

My family and I ate here on Sunday Mother's day, and the food was amazing. The kabob Combo with delicious rice and hummus is a winner and a must try. The hospitality is overwhelming, after we ate they served us free Middle Eastern deserts. Everything cooked to order with delicious fresh ingredients. The location is great right off the freeway. Great price and the portion is big enough for left overs. I highly recommend the kofta plate as well. The outside sitting will makes it great for the summer time.
