I made an appointment a week in advanced, and even changed my new years/holiday schedule to fit in my appointment. They called me the morning of my appointment saying my Dr. had a personal emergency.

I understand that BS happens in life. But this is the MEDICAL FIELD.

When I told them I don't want to have to deal with this in the future, so I want to transfer my paperwork to a new clinic. They seemed uninterested, and it almost felt as though they were encouraging me to do so.

There are PLENTY of family physicians in the area, I advise you to go elsewhere so that they don't ruin your vacation schedule.
