I'm the manager of a semi-large HVAC/plumbing provider for the major surrounding areas of the state of Missouri. After dropping fleetmatics due to poor customer support and messing up my account after a reasonably good standing I fled to Teletrac whom claimed to offer better results. So far they've kept up their side of the bargain. I'm much happier with locates that happen immediately at my fingertips as opposed to simply waiting to find out where a driver is at. Knowing where my drivers are equals more
money plane and simple. Also kudos to business intelligence and the safety finder program - they work and that's just more faith for me in the product.

Provided by YP.comIn the time that I have used Teletrac, it proves to be an awful tracking system for our needs. I work for a towing company, and we need to know where our trucks are at all times. We do towing for the DART Police and for Dallas Police Department. We have to be on our game and Teletrac has proven, consistently, to be nothing short of a let down. I do not recommend this system to anyone that needs up to date information as to where their fleet is. It doesn't refresh like it should and always freezes up. I recommend anyone thinking about this system to research other options.

Provided by YP.comAs an owner of a small business with a fleet of 10 vehicles we have been using Teletrac GPS for the past 4 years.
Teletrac's stated mission is: "to deliver intelligent driving solutions to help our customers and their employees get the most out of every operational dollar spent by making better use of fleets, improving driver productivity, and cutting costs while enhancing end-user service."
So, imagine my surprise this morning when my staff and I could not run any of our daily reports. Apparently in their quest to help us get the most out of our operational dollars all 300+ employees of Teletrac overlooked that they had hardcoded the years in the reporting pull-down menus ... ending in 2010.
Customer service apologized. They started working on it this morning. They don't know how long it will take to fix it.
