This place is the worse place ever!!
I come to my appointment and it seems that they do it on purpose, to make me wait for 2 or 3 hours!
To top it all off with a cherry on top.... the staff is so, Very Rude!
I hate this place so much... it's so sad, the way they treat those who can't even stand up the theme- self's. I WANT TO CRY.

This place is like Disneyland. You wait hours for a 2 minute ride. Only Disneyland is more worth the wait. Every time I come here I wait 1-2 hours for my appt. Once, I drove all the way here to discover my appointment had been cancelled. The office staff is rude, unprofessional, and doesn't return phone calls. Unfortunately, I am with an hmo so I'm stuck. The therapy sessions last 25 to 30 min and seldom enough time to resolve anything. The staff is unapologetic about the wait. I don't know if they overbook in an effort to bill hmo maximum dollars or if they just don't know how to manage their time.
