we've ordered carpet from them and the carpet been delayed for two times and none of the time that they willing to call and let us know what've happened. we always were the one to call in and follow up with all the problem. The first delay they sent email on the day before the instalation which I had recieved at the end of the day, they did not border to call. Second delay, I was waiting for the installers to come and they never showed up (almost 2 hr later), which we had to call in and check and was informed that they don't have the carpet yet. on top of that the day before the installation we (again) had to call them for the confirmation on the carpet and they said "yes, the carpet will be installed tomorow around 10:00 am". No one takes any responsible for the problem, finger pointing and now 2 days later 09-11-2009 (current time) still no one wants to contact us....stilll don't know what we gona do. bad bad bad service first time and also my last time with them.

We hired Power Team for a small kitchen renovation. We expected the job to be done in a professional way as promised. end up, the project was months late due poor performance, services, management, and workmanship. We got the low quality materials and services for the premium price. We would not recommend POWER TEAM to anyone for any kind of project, not even for buying their materials.
