½ for staying in business!! BAD!!!

DO NOT call this service if you want dust gone. Very unprofessional; what professional housecleaner doesn't have an attachment on their vacuum?????? Definately not a "nook and cranny" cleaning service as they suggest. Definately do not trust any company who makes you pay the "cleaning professionals" in CASH. I only give them a ½ star for coming back a 2nd time to clean up what the first cleanerS left behind. I find it hard to beleive that 2 women in 4 hours left my home looking the way that they did. Details are not even on their radar. My house is less than 700 Sq/Ft.... and I am taking the time to make a complaint and clean my house they way it should be cleaned...wasting time and $$$. Not a good business what so ever.

WE understand when a customer is not satisfied and always offer to have a service re-done if needed. The office spoke to the cleint less than 24 hours after the service and arranged domestics to go back and re-so the job to the client's satisfaction. Although it doesn't happen often, when a cleint request to have a job redone, the company makes the appropiate arrangements immediately.

I had a list of what they would clean. I paid for 'premium service.' They did only 10% of what was promised! I still had dusty shelves, unclean surfaces in the bathroom, an extremely dirty tile floor in the kitchen. They did a followup call and DID NOT offer me a refund or another visit to fix the problem. BEWARE!

We can always offer a "re-do" of the service if the cleint is not satisfied. This is a normal policy and it's followed with every cleint. Client can contact our offices to review the case and find a solution.
