I love love love the service that I received here. I used to use Hikari Scissor Factory but recently the scissors just don't feel the same. They don't feel sharp at all anymore. I found out through a friend of mine that the guy that used to be Hikari's only sharpener left and started his own business. I found out that he is located pretty close so this was convenient for me. Sure enough when I stopped by I recognized him. It was the guy that I used to see at the Long Beach ISSE show every year behind the booth. Sure enough after talking with him I knew that I had found my scissor savior. Once I got the scissors back which by the way was in less than an hour the scissors felt better than new. I have told all the ladies at my salon about him now. He is the best. He is always so nice and I am so glad that I found him. His name is Brent Kitaoka. Make sure thats him because he is the only one that I will ever let touch my scissors again.
