The front staff is very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for my 2 year old and a week before my appointment I received 4 phone calls asking for the same information. Each and every time they called they never once apologize for the inconvenience nor did they sound polite. After the fourth call I was a bit annoyed and asked to speak to the office manager. Hours later the same person called me back and stated they will cancel my appointment until the office manager is able to return my call. For a place that doesn't care about their patients I could not imagine what kind of atmosphere I would be bringing my child to. That is a big red flag and I am bit relief to have known this early on. If you care about finding a pleasant and welcoming dentist for your child, this isn't the place for you.
