Provided by YP.comIn response to Rosenfeld's comments, I would like to say I work for Ridgerock Tools and I, as an account manager, make it my job to offer the best customer service that I can provide. I advocate for both parties, Ridgerock and customer, based on rational professionalism and ethical business practices. I believe we provide a great service to supply wholesalers/retailers with great brands that are very cost efficient.
We do honor the 1-year warranty on, for example, our Blueline Neiko Pro jacks and I am witness to this procedure and policy. I am sorry to Rosenfeld for what he may have experienced, but in my time at Ridgerock, I have yet to see such things.

Provided by YP.comWe have been buying products from Ridgerock Tools for so many years that I'm not sure how long it has been - probably from the time they first started in business. We have never had a problem with them. They have always been great and have backed up every tool they have sold to us, if necessary. We have a retail tool business and have found Ridgerock Tools to always be honest.
