Howard sold my company a used piece of equipment, but failed to disclose the fact that the machine was very old (although it looks identical to the new version of the same machine), and all of the tooling required to use it was obsolete and no longer available. The machine came with ONE of the 13 or so pieces of tooling required, which Howard did disclose. Because tooling was NLA, the machine was useless. Howard offered to buy back the machine only if we purchased a newer used machine at a highly highly inflated price.



We ended up disposing of the machine we purchased from Skulsky and purchasing a rebuilt/ reconditioned machine from Artco Tools. They were professional to deal with, offered a guarantee and for a little more than what we paid for the boat anchor from Skulsky, we got a beautiful, flawless piece of equipment backed by a company with excellent customer service.



Skulsky's misleading and underhanded treatment of us ensures that we will never use his business again. As we are a multinational corporation and deal with machine shops and tooling vendors around the world, we will do our best to ensure that our vendors and customers do not use Skulsky for any reason as well.
