Excellent office, I go there regularly and I find their office to be fair and honest, more than other offices. Dr. Lana is an excellent dentist.

I was a new patient so I decided to show up 30 minutes before my appointment to fill out new paperwork.

After signing in I sat in the waiting area. I was tired so that's possibly why I didn't ask the receptionist for forms to fill out.

After 45 minutes (15 minutes past my appt. time) someone other than the receptionist called me and asked me to fill out forms.

I am not returning to this office, but if you decide to visit and you're a new patient, ask for new patient forms before you sit in the waiting area.
