I go there to get a tire patched yesterday, but after I leave it's still leaking air. I go back today and wait for the guy who works on tires at Files Discount TIRES to get back from lunch, because apparently the other guy there doesn't work on tires. When he gets there, I tell him what's going on as he walks past me, basically ignoring me, and says "I'll get to it when I'm done eating" and shuts the door in my face. After waiting outside with my 2 kids for around 30 min, I go inside and ask him how much longer it will be and he relplies "When I'm finished eating". I then asked him about how long that will be and he looks at me with an annoyed look not saying anything, so I said "10, 15 min... an hour?". He shook his head and said "Yeah, 10-15 min", all while looking at me like I'm some kind of vile POS. I go back to the car with the kids and another car shows up and a lady gets out and goes to the door, but can't get in, because he locked the door to the business after I walked out!! After all this, he comes out, looks at it and tells me he doesn't see a leak and that i need to come back when it's leaking out faster, which means I have to keep spending money and taking time out of my day every day to keep air in a tire that I paid $20 for him to fix, instead of him redoing the patch! NEVER AGAIN!

They were great! I got a great price on my tires, and the staff was so helpful and friendly.
