I have been seeing Dr. Gray for 15 years and have never had problems until the past year when they decided to change up their staff and the way they run the clinic. It's absurd that in order to ask a nurse a simple question, you have to sign in and pay a co-pay, especially when they make you come in once a month to do a check up. They have already lost two of my friends to other doctors because of how rude they were and they can't seem to keep their records in order. If it wasn't for Loretta, one of the nurses, I would have left this place a long time ago.
