It is our family tradition to eat at Pizza Hut on Christmas Eve. We have been doing this for the past 10 years. My oldest daughter started it by begging to go there one Christmas Eve for dinner. I called the Gardendale store at 2pm to ask what time the the dining in closed (because we don’t want to be there and in their way while trying to close). The lady I spoke to said 7pm. So we arrived at the Gardendale store at 4:30. The person inside was very rude and said that dining in was closed only carry out. The sign on the door says the dining in closed at 7pm. I told him that I called at 2 and the lady told me we could eat there until 7. He just said no it is closed. So we left drove up to the Warrior Pizza Hut and where seated right away and the pizza was great. I will never eat at the Gardendale pizza ever again.

This is actually the first time I've left a review for a restaurant. This Pizza hut is without a doubt the worst pizza hut I have ever had the displeasure of visiting and has left a bad taste in my mouth for Pizza hut as a brand, as the number of complaints this restaurant has you would think corporate would do something. They are consistently late, their staff is very rude - the manager is the worst, their pizza is typically burned on the bottom, and if you bring it back they tell you should have looked at it before you left. This last time is the straw that broke the camel's back. My girlfriend ordered her food online; they told her it would be ready in 14 minutes. She arrived at exactly 14 minutes time, and waited... And waited. After 15 more minutes of waiting she asked and the lady at the window told her it would be a few more minutes and she inquired as to why the pizza was not ready in 14 minutes, and the lady at the window said snappishly "That's not our fault!". Getting upset at the mistreatment my GF asked for the manager, he immediately told her she could wait for the pizza, or get her money back. Her mom was at home not feeling well and she was anxious to get some food home. Her being frustrated with this and all the past problems She/We have had with this PizzaHut, she asked for her money back and the pizza, the manager said she could only have one of them. After a couple minutes she got frustrated and left, forgetting her money, she returned for her money and the lady at the window told her manager "The B**** is back." She called corporate and they said they would send her a coupon for a free pizza, but suggested she not go to the same PizzaHut, as the staff if angry might do something to her food. I for one will go to Pappa Johns from now on.

The Pizza is not as good as other "Pizza Hut" pizza. Employees are rude.

I can not & will not go back to this Pizza Hut.It was dirty,the employees are very mean & rude! It took 1 hour& 15 minutes to get just a med. cheese pizza.
