Rude, no customer service, treats everyone as if they are the worst criminals even if you are only there to pay of a fine or ticket. I understood I had missed an appointment. I had forgotten and made it shortly after they were closed, left voicemail. Immediately went up there the following day. Apologized, didn't make excuses, was honest about forgetting and that they had made sure to point everything out beforehand. It was my fault, I accept it. I don't need anyone to treat me as if I killed their best friend, or as if I am too stupid to understand the English language. I just need to pay this money and be on my way. Not endure a 20 minutes lecture. The tone, attitude and personality of the employee/officer needs a lot of work. Definitely in the correct line of work to make people pay their fines. They will pay early just so they don't have to continue to deal with the person in the office. If they hate their jobs so much, maybe they should fine a new one. Needs Customer Service!
